Who are we?

The Salvation Army in Falmouth is a part of the worldwide movement of the same name, whose purpose is "to save souls, to grow saints, and to serve suffering humanity" (to quote General John Gowans).

What is our purpose? (Mission Statement)

The Salvation Army in Falmouth is a Christian Church of worship for all ages and all people as God's family. Our purpose is to:

• bring people into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ;
• care for the spiritual and physical needs of the whole community,
• and equip and encourage everyone in their relationship with Jesus.

Where are we heading? (Vision Statement)

Our vision is to build an organic community of passionate Christians who are living the life, reaching the lost, healing and restoring the broken and giving all the glory to God! To achieve this, we are experimenting with cell group ministry and multiple congregations, and by planting a new BLAZE congregation.
