Cell Groups

Cell groups are the key to our development as a church. We currently have three cell groups, but more are planned for the future. The normal meetings of those groups are as follows:

Fairfield Cell, Wednesdays 7:00pm-9:00pm
(All-Age Congregation)

Tregothnan Cell, Wednesdays 7:00pm-9:00pm
(All-Age Congregation)

Beacon Cell, Fridays 7:00pm-9:00pm
(Blaze Congregation)
Tuke Cell, Fridays 7:00pm-9:00pm
(Blaze Congregation)

A cell group is a community of people - not just a meeting. In fact the cell isn't really a cell at all if there is no "cell life" beyond the meeting.

All our cell groups hold to the following four key values (remembered in a simple ABCD form) as follows:

Every member is:

Always keeping Jesus Central

(Worship)

Becoming more like Him

(Word)

Creating True Community

(Welcome)

Doing God's Will

(Witness)

Cell Outlines

A cell group meeting tends have the following outline (click on the title for some ideas from CellUK on how to implement each section):

Welcome (You to Me, Me to You)

A chat and an icebreaker.

Worship (Us to Him)

A time of worship, prayer and reflection.

Word (Him to Us)

Application of the Word to our lives.

Witness (Him and Us to Them)

Sharing the vision and developing a multiplication strategy.
